At 02:00 GMT, Donald Trump will deliver his long awaited address to the U.S. Congress and it's expected to clarify the president's stance on a healthcare, the propsed build up of military capabilities, trade deals plans and the president's proposed tax cuts.
Intense focus will be on Trump's view of “border-adjusted” sales tax that's favoured by House Ways and Means Committee and a European-style value-added levy that benefits exports rather than imports. Any comments on taxes could have a major impact on the markets. As we know Trump not scared to make decisions and could shake the markets by stating specifically how low he wants taxes to reach.
